Well Gary's question in last week's email was "Whowill get their name on the main board thisyear?" and the answer was hedid!
Very well done to Gary Quainton(pictured with Stan Green) for winning thisyear's Club Championships with a gross score of151 and also a big congratulations to one of ourjuniors Markos Carr(pictured with Stan Green) for winning the Nettcompetition with a nett score of 132 over thetwo days.

Ourladies section played their club championshipson Tuesday and congratulations to KesDevine(pictured left) onwinning the Ladies Club Championships 2016 witha gross score of 168, best nett went to ChristineClarke (pictured in whitetrousers) with a nett score of 139.
In the 18 hole competiton MaggieDay won with a nett 72
In the novice cup the winner was MargaretBowen.
Wehad a visit from Lidia last week with her littlegirl Ella, she is just adorable and was verywell behaved on her first visit to the club, ofcourse Luna had to say hello to the newarrival!

Seniors July Stableford
On Thursday, 7 July a total of 65 seniors tookpart in the monthly Stableford.
The competition produced a close result with ChrisBasson carding 41 points forthe best overall score.

August is a particularly busy time for matcheswith the Seniors having 6 matches during thismonth Senior Championship.
This annual 36 hole competition is being playedon the 21/22 July, seniors have till Friday 14th12.00 midday to sign up.

A total of 26 played in this competition with ChrisMcNulty and DavidShepherd sharing the firstprize. Nearest the pin winners were ChrisMcNulty and RobBruce.
The next roll up is on Monday, 15 August-sign-up sheet on the Noticeboard.
