Gent's Elite Challenge
On Saturday the 36 hole Gent's Elite Challengetook place in some very challenging conditions.The Winner of the Gross was - RafeKennedy with 80 + 74 for a 154Total.
The Nett Winner was Marcos Carrwith Nett 76 + 63 for a total of 139.
Septembermidweek medal
In the September Midweek Medalthis was won by Marc Jordonwith a Nett 65 followed in 2nd place by ChrisMcNulty Nett 66 and in 3rd BillKeys Nett 66.
The lowest Gross of the day was LeoKennedy with a 73.

Recent Summer Match Play Results
A number of finals have taken place in the pastfew weeks, congratulations to all the winnersand also well done to those who took part.

September Stableford
On Thursday, 8 September a total of 70 seniorstook part in the monthly Stableford. Thecompetition was the last in the best 5 from 7Stableford Competition which produced a closeoverall result with Chris McNultywinning the 5 from 7 Stableford trophy.

Senior Away Day 12th September- This year's Seniors Away day took place atWychwood Golf Club with 32 seniors taking part.
An individual Stableford competition was heldalong with a team (4) competition.
The Individual completion was won by MikeLisseter and the Captains Teamof Clarrie, ChrisMyall, Mike Lisseterand Dave Mussonwon the team prize.

Senior Club Matches
The seniors have played two matches recently.
Against Cherwell Edge 5 matches went to the lastgreen with 3 of them halved.
Final Score was 3.5 to 2.5 to Cherwell Edge withChris M/Pete F being theKirtlington winners.
Against Studley Wood away the team struggled asis usual on this course. The result was 5 - 1 toStudley with John D/Clarrie winning the captainsmatch.
