I hope you've all had a great week on and offthe golf course and welcome to another editionof the KGC Weekly Newsletter bringing you up todate with all the latest news from the club.
Big week ahead
We have a big week ahead of us at theclub - Who will come out on top this year in theGents, Senior's and Ladies Club Championships?
Across the weekend we have 47 participants forthe Gents Club Championships, for details on thedraw please clickhere
On Monday & Tuesday the seniors have theirChampionship with the ladies playing 36 holes inone day on the Tuesday.
Like the Masters Weekend earlier in the year wewill be running a weekend 2's Competition forthe Gents Championship, this is £2entry signup and pay sheet can be found atreception on the Saturday morning.

July Medal
The July Weekend Medal saw 91 memberstaking part across the two days. The overallwinner with a magnificent Nett 62 was KevinKavanagh in Division 3. The Lowest Gross of theweekend was Jack Stevens with a 72. Ladies Section
In the Ladies Summer Roses on Wednesday thewinning team were Jane Shaw, Sharon Brown &Glynis Weston.
Junior Section
On Saturday the juniors won their match 3-0 athome against North Oxford. Izy Edwards & Declan Kip won 3&1 Ellie Mitchell & Elisha Gujral won 3&2 Marcos Car & Sachin Gujral won 2&1
Seniors Report
The Seniors team played at Aylesbury Vale onWednesday 28th June and recorded the first awaywin of the season with a fine 4 - 2 victory.Winning pairs were Mike L/Mike B, Tony W/Dave Mand Chris B/Chris Mc with halves for JimD/Laurie B and John C/Jim L.
A warm welcome to newcomer Les Holmes who playedvery well in his first appearance for the team.
CaptainsDay took place at Kirtlington on Monday 3 Julywhen 55 competitors played in a Texas Scrambleevent followed by a BBQ, something to quenchthat thirst and a well supported raffle.
Winners, with a great score of 60.1, were PeteFrench, Mike Lisseter, Mike Price and RodWhitfield. Joint winners of the puttingcompetition with 18 were Jim Darch, ColinWalters and Trevor Roberts.
Our next match is away to Witney Lakes - pleaseenter using the form on the notice board.
