Sunday 22nd September – Gents Elite Challenge
On Sunday Elite Challenge. This was an 18 hole competition this year and despite the weather saw 15 players taking part. The overall winner and getting his name on the Trophy and Honours Board was Gez Pearce with an excellent Gross 74. Winner of the Best Nett with an excellent Nett 63 was Nathan Deacon.

Wednesday 18th September – Gents Midweek Stableford (51 players)
A field of 51 players took part in last week’s Midweek Stableford. The overall winner was Kevin Pyke on with 38 Points ahead of Matt Giles and Graham Shirley on countback.

Gents Winter Pairs - now open for entry on IG
The Gents Winter Pairs is now open for entry on IG under 29th September 2024. Please note this will now be run as a straight Knockout Competition (there will be no League stage).There will also be a separate Plate Knockout Competition for Pairs knocked out in any preliminary and / or 1st round matches.
Across the last few years, the League stages of the Winter Pairs has caused a number of challenges. The Committee have subsequently agreed to make this a straight Knockout Competition this year, hopefully making this as easy and as fair as possible for all entrants.
Please note to compete in this Competition an eligible member must have completed a minimum of FIVE qualifying rounds from 01st June 2024 until the closing entry date. Gents Monthly Comps, Single Trophy Comps, KGC Open Comps, Senior and Junior Comps will all count towards pre-qualification requirements.

On Saturday the Blue Team were away to Wychwood losing 4-3 in what was a close match.
Winning players for the Blues were Richard Kershaw 4&3, Phil McIntyre 3&2 and Adam Woodley 3&1.
