Friday 20^th December - Christmas 9 Hole Individual Stableford Competition (Blenheim Course)

In the Christmas 9 Hole Competition, it was great to see this so well supported with 41 players taking part. The winner of this with an excellent 23 points.

The top 5 all receiving Pro Shop Vouchers:

1^st Kim Martin – 23 Points

2^nd Luke Shepherd – 21 Points (CB)

3^rd Bob Blair – 21 Points

4^th Kevin Hemmins – 20 Points (CB)

5^th David Skidmore – 20 Points

After the great numbers, we have added in another 9-Hole Individual Stableford Competition on the Blenheim Course for Friday 31^st January.

Thursday 26^th December – Boxing Day Mixed Stableford (36 players)

Well done to ex-captain Gez Pearce for winning the Mixed Boxing Day Stableford with 38 Points on countback to current captain Keith Stenning.

3^rd Chris Hodgson (11) 37 Points (CB)

4^th Anthony Lamb (10) 37 Points

Saturday 21^st December - Winter Open Series 5 (34 players)

On Saturday it was the fifth Open of the Winter Series with 34 players taking part.

The overall best Stableford Points were scored by Phil Key with 38 Points.

Top three across the two divisions all receiving Pro Shop Vouchers were as follows:

Div One: 1^st Sean Annells (5) 37 Points 2^nd Danny Roberts (7) 36 Points 3^rd Mick Barker (11) 34 Points

Div Two: 1^st Phil Key (15) 38 Points 2^nd Andrew Brown (17) 34 Points 3^rd John Mills (15) 32 Points

The visitor section was won by Gareth Griffiths from Brampton Heath Golf Club with 33 points.

Sunday 22^nd December - Winter Open Series 6 (38 players)

On Sunday it was the sixth Open of the Winter Series with 38 players taking part in very testing conditions, so much so that the Course was playing 3 shots more difficult with a PPC of 3.

The overall best Stableford Points were scored by Val Eadle with 37 Points.

The top three across the two divisions all receiving Pro Shop Vouchers were as follows:

Div One: 1^st Martin Barrow-Starkey (12) 33 Points 2^nd Mick Barker (11) 32 Points (CB) 3^rd Mark Edgar (8) 32 Points

Div Two: 1^st Val Eadle (14) 37 Points 2^nd Garry Winthrop (26) 34 Points 3^rd Geoff Ellam (15) 32 Points

The visitor section was won by Garrett Emmerson of iGolf with 26 points.

Best of Series 2024/25
